Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently using packing lists and scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Sort, organize, and stack merchandise onto pallets or shelves according to warehouse layout.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with the picking and shipping teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
