Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment statuses and track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required for indoor roles, but good to have).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
