Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; report inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and shipping labels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
