Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damages before packaging.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly and scan them into the inventory system using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas and targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or logistics role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing packages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
