Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label merchandise according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
