Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect all items for defects or damage prior to packaging.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners, safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and organize inventory according to established safety and efficiency guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
