Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and accurately according to customer orders.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality control and damage.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for timely shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
