Responsibilities
- Unload inbound freight and verify shipments for accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (typically 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning technology.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
