Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Organize and arrange merchandise within the warehouse to optimize storage space and flow.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended shifts.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
