Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack merchandise according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damage, or errors before packing to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and participate in cycle counts.
- Organization: Keep the packing station and warehouse aisles clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Labeling & Documentation: Properly label packages and complete necessary shipping documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld RF scanners.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of our hiring process.
