Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Sort, pack, and label products accurately to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety labels and instructions.
