Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload pallets safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production quotas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
