Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely.
- Organize, pack, and label merchandise according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inspect goods for damage before loading to ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counting.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
