Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Willingness to undergo paid training for forklift or pallet jack operation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
