Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure packaging is secure to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
