Responsibilities
- Pack products carefully according to customer specifications, weight limits, and safety guidelines.
- Inspect merchandise for defects or damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages accurately and affix shipping information and postage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic math skills for weighing packages and calculating shipping costs.
- Reliable transportation to the San Diego facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
