Job Summary
As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to ensure our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and packing lists.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions to ensure zero errors in fulfillment.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report any issues immediately.
- Prepare and label packages, ensuring proper weight distribution and sealing.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
