Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with a focus on 100% accuracy and speed.
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to prepare products for shipment.
- Label packages accurately according to shipping guidelines and barcode scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for defects and report any damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce processing times.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently ensuring proper placement and security.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
