Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners (RF guns) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Scottsdale facility.
- Willingness to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
