Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and efficiently according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inspect orders for accuracy and damage before shipping.
- Utilize packing materials (boxes, tape, labels) to ensure items are protected.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily quotas.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing packages.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
