Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packaging.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Perform quality control checks on finished pallets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to participate in on-site paid training.
