Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, conveyor belts, and pallet jacks
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and correct packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping team to optimize loading procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
