Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels clearly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
