Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory efficiently.
- Load and unload freight safely using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads and inventory specialists to ensure shipping targets are met daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new warehouse software.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
