Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize packing processes and workflow.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
