Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to customer orders and specifications.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality control standards before shipping.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Load packages onto pallets or conveyor belts for final dispatch.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
