Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, labelers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage Industrial Park location
