Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Monitor and record warehouse temperatures to maintain compliance
- Inspect and organize perishable inventory using FIFO protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with strict time sensitivity
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards daily
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with WMS or inventory systems preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Willingness to work rotating weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
