Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, box sealers, etc.)
- Label and sort packages for shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to Mesa Industrial Park
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Must be detail-oriented and efficient
