Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and quality against purchase orders.
- Label, seal, and package items securely for transit.
- Operate hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits, stock rotation, and general warehouse maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
