Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and efficiently according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips and inventory systems.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory checks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and have a valid form of identification.
