Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with quality standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure product integrity and correct labeling.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and workflow targets.
- Process returns and manage stock adjustments as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and inputting data.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
