Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international distribution.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy manual labor.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night shifts available).
- Documentation: Must be willing to submit to a drug screen (background check is not required for this specific role).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
