Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supplement 15-person team with hands-on leadership and task delegation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and receiving departments
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and RF scanning
- Forklift certification (stand-up and sit-down) with clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Spanish bilingual preferred for team communication
