Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to size and weight specifications.
- Verify product quality and ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work varying shifts.
