Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts against digital records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas to optimize workflow and retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
