Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy to ensure 100% order fulfillment.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing to maintain high-quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory data.
- Organize stockrooms and packing stations to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
