Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Process returns and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use barcode scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
