Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.) efficiently
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Attention to detail with high accuracy rates
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
