Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Label, wrap, and assemble packages efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
