Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment following company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety standards and quality control procedures
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed
- Continuously improve packing efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to our Madison facility
