Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) after proper training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders before dispatch
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
