Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in inventory audits and documentation processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Team player with strong communication abilities
