Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stocking and rotation
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
