Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label merchandise according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before and after packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts (day or night).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
