Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Alaska driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in cold environment (0-40°F)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
