Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise accurately according to customer orders and specifications.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct packaging materials are used.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Perform regular quality checks on packed orders to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and mathematical skills for inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
