Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment to retail partners
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete daily production reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
