Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store frozen/perishable inventory using RF scanners
- Perform accurate order picking and packing for next-day delivery
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols (-20°F to 40°F environments)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
