Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers) and maintain a clean workspace
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
